Germany, HJ. A 1939 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Ferdinand Wagner Newly Listed G of Rathenow(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a white enameled disc, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel, in turn defaced by an enameled HJ insignia, the eagle circumscribed by an inscription of KREISSIEGER (DISTRICT VICTOR) and a date of 1939, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback
