A Heer EM NCOs buckle, constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, set within a ribbed ring bearing a raised inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, the latter retaining a brown leather strap
