Constructed of gilded tombak, on loop for suspension from a period ribbon featuring a post war replacement embroidered eagle device, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the top and bottom by ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Reichsarbeitsdienst (Reich Labour Service RAD) insignia in the form of a shovel head defaced by
