Glow in the Dark Collar Accessories You can add a matchingOur glow in the dark collars are cut at a slightly rounded angle dipping towards the clavicle at the front and adjustable in the back with Velcro. Made from soft glow in the dark material wtih a texture like soft latex. These collars start to glow after only 10 minutes of exposure to sunlight or bright indoor light, (fluorescent is best) but they will glow brightest if you can charge them for at least an hour. The glow in the dark trim must be charged
