Peterson, C.1945 Archive which included the KyffhäuserbundThis jacket is fabricated from a fine army green wool, button down epaulette straps on both shoulders, each of which is secured in place by a large brown plastic button at the neck end, with a Lieutenant Colonel rank insignia pinned in place on both straps. There is an Eighth Air Force patch sewn in place on the left shoulder and a United States Army Air Forces patch sewn in place on the right shoulder, both badges in red, white and dark yellow
