On the palate, its fruity, meaty yet silky with pleasant tannins. A long lingering intense yet fine wine, due to its refreshing acidity. Perfect with tapas (Spanish omelet, croquets) also great with meat platters, grilled fish, rice dishes and a multitude of chicken dishes and light foods.
