A beautiful decoration, of French manufacture, in silver gilt, a green enamelled cross with central medallion in red, green and white enamels, featuring the initials MT with Patriarchal cross on a crown, encircled by a white enamelled ring inscribed PUBLICUM MERITORUM PRAEMIUM, the reverse medallion featuring the inscription STO.
