Constructed of green felt backers looped through a dual zinc hanger, each topped with woven silver bullion wire bands, magnetic metal eyelet on each strap meeting buckle prong secured through oval shaped silvered aluminum loop with decorative oak leaf wreath, sliding aluminum fasteners with oak leaf decorations complete buckle assemblies, each strap ends with functional, spring loaded pebbled zink clip, measuring 279 mm
