The film was shot in 1995 and self released in 1999. Pavich profiles Madball, Crown Of Thornz, District 9, 25 Ta Life, Vision Of Disorder, No Redeeming Social Value, and 108 to paint a varied and honest portrayal of the scene. There are interviews and live songs and now, decades later, offers a story of just how things were at that point in time.
