A bronze gilt cross pattee with crossed swords between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a circular central medallion depicting a smaller than usual Royal Prussian crown, surrounded by a blue enameled ring, inscribed GOTT MIT UNS (German God with us) in matching gilt lettering; the reverse with a circular central medallion depicting the royal cipher of
