Castro Ventosa El Castro de Valtuille Barrica 2018 Size::1 Bottle 1ha of the 24ha vineyardVentosa is the family estate of wonderfully talented winemaker, Raul Perez. El Castro de Valtuille is produced mostly from old vine Mencia but also incorporates other varieties such as Garnacha Tintorera and Trousseau, with a very small portion of white grapes, too. It was fermented with 50% full clusters in 5,000 litre oak vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by maturation in 225 and 500 litre French oak barrels for 12 months. From the exceptional
