Germany, Third Reich. An Innsbruck Standschützen Battalion Sleeve Insignia Archive during the Spanish Flu epidemic(Standschtzen Bataillon Innsbruck rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered multi coloured Schtzenstand eagle clutching a mobile swastika, above a machine embroidered light green inscription of STANDSCHTZEN BATAILLON INNSBRUCK, within a silver grey border, unmarked, measuring 78 mm (w) x 115 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
