Vintage Meat Puppets "Huevos" SST Poster Books & Zines This vintage Le Coq SportifMeat Puppets, the Phoenix, AZ based weirdo band, released Huevos, their fifth album, in 1987 on SST Records. The band was formed in 1980 and by this point had already significantly morphed from a more traditional punk band to a jammy, ZZ Top inspired group. And that's kind of what Huevos is, from the Spanish language name to the blues rock song it's got the bearded fellas' DNA all over it. The album's artwork was done by Curt Kirkwood, the guitarist
