Philippe Collotte Cremant De Bourgogne NV domaine-de-la-tour-du-bon it has notes of blackFrom vines located in Champ Forey to the east of the village. The 100% Pinot Noir fruit is hand picked and 100% de stemmed and fermented in stainless steel to produce a fresh, vibrant style. The palate shows a generosity and depth rare for this level. Aged on lees for 30 months. Ripe, stylish and beautifully balanced blanc de noirs for enjoyment now. Very limited.
