In silver gilt with red enamels, Monetny Dvor mint marked and number engraved "842275" on the concave reverse, measuring 32. 5 mm (w) x 49. 2 mm (h) inclusive of its replaced integral ring, intact enamels, bruising evident on the second and third "C" of "CCCP", nick on the man's leg, contact marks overall, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, very fine.
