Boat O'Craigo Pinot Noir 2023 Size::1 Bottle firmer style of Sangiovese-based winesHand picked and sorted from our Healesville vineyard. The nose is alluring with aromas of fresh red berries. The palate continues with the red berry theme and has some savoury and spice notes. The wine was allowed to mature for 9 months in a mix of new (30%) and seasoned French oak. Oak was selected that highlights the berry fruits, adds palate weight and lengthens the beautiful silky finish. A lovely example of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.
