Its an award certificate for a Flyers Commemorative Badge, issued to Officers deputy Erich Sperling of the Fliegerhorst (airbase) Dberitz. The original document was dated to March 31, 1920. The transcript is dated to Brunswick on April 26, 1935. It is signed in grey crayon by a government inspector named Pranne or similar.
