Also calms overactive children so that they can focus more clearly on tasks and schoolwork. A nice tea in the evening or before bed, to wind down active kids to prepare for sleep. Ingredients: Catnip, Chamomile, Linden, Lemon Balm, Licorice How to use: For all ages Steep 1 tsp. per cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Dosages are from the prepared tea and can be given on its own or in juice or water.
