Constructed of silver, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed arms, the obverse bearing a central raised depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, the reverse bearing a central raised disc with Cyrillic characters (SG) as the saints monogram, the three and nine oclock arms etched with a number of 109636, the six oclock arm bearing an inscription of 4 (4TH CLASS), the twelve
