Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Badge, Late Example By Steinhauer & Lück Hold Type II (1910-1935) - "AA"(Fallschirmschtzenabzeichen). Constructed of zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with a narrow barrel hinge, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by Steinhauer & Lck, Ldenscheid, measuring 42. 09 mm (w) x 52. 72 mm
