An Officer’s Dress Dagger, by Carl Eickhorn consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Pitting on the reverse(Luftwaffe Dolch fr Offiziere). A well preserved Luftwaffe Officers dress dagger, measuring 42. 5 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 26 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip. The reverse ricasso bears a makers mark of ORIGINAL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN, circumscribing the firms classic logo of a squirrel clutching a sword.
