Germany, Wehrmacht. An Iron Cross, I Class, Case Hold Hovell was placed on command(Etui). An original case of issue, constructed of heavy pressed paper with a textured black faux leather (leatherette) exterior, with the outline of an Iron Cross I Class embossed on the exterior of the lid, lined interior lid with a recessed medal bed, functional spring catch with stud release, intact interior fabric hinge cover, functional exterior metal hinge, measuring 68 mm (w) x 70 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), and in near extremely fine condition.
