In silver, presenting a crowned pillar with the inscription , surrounded by a laurel and oak leaf wreath, the reverse presents a central screwpost, maker marked , kokoshnik mark on reverse denoting St. Petersburg manufacture 1898 1903, screwplate also marked and a Dianas head, measures 31. 95 mm (w) x 43. 71 mm (h), weighs 21. 0 grams, light wear, in very fine condition.
