La Salamandre Kiwi 45% 700ml barbera dalba The palate is delicious andOur kiwi eau de vie comes from a natural fermentation of the fruit, distilled in our traditional copper stills. Then it is put to age at least 2 years in glass carboys. The kiwi fruit brandy is fresh and fruity, it gives off floral notes. Perfect in cocktails but also traditionally consumed at the end of a meal, to facilitate digestion. Our Kiwi Eau de Vie can accompany the tasting of your desserts, like cakes & tarts.
