In silver, engraver marked "CFML" on the obverse, measuring 32. 3 mm (w) x 37. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, very light contact, on incorrect period ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The medal was instituted on September 6, 1913 by Royal Decree No. 1913 and awarded to soldiers and civilians who served in Libya from the peace treaty of October 18, 1912 with the
