In bronze with a gold coloured gilt, measuring 444mm (w) x 59 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, on its full length neck ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: This Order was the fifth highest state decoration. It was conferred upon Yugoslav citizens, factories, collectives, mines, sports teams, etc. in recognition of exceptional achievement.
