Germany, Wehrmacht. A Wehrmacht Militärverwaltung (Military Administration) Officer’s Cape United Republic of for Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief(Militrverwaltung Umhang). This is an extremely well preserved Wehrmacht Militrverwaltung (Military Administration) officers cape, constructed of smooth field grey wool twill. The cape bears a forest green wool collar, underneath which sit three tan coloured bakelite buttons, as well as a detachable wool strap. The cap is held closed by four pieces of machine stitching along the breast flaps, and by four dark brown bakelite buttons on the right breast
