This is an extremely well preserved tunic belonging to Paul Kmmel, a Sturmfhrer on the Personnel Staff of the Reichsfhrer SS. Constructed of smooth black wool, it features a collar fully trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping.
