Each radius rod is constructed from 1 x . 120 wall steel tubing, then reduced to 1 x . 240 wall tubing on the outer ends, making them much stronger than OEM. The Tusk rods use a Polaris OEM spherical bearing mounted in a CNC steel bearing housing. A chromoly rod end with nylon inner bushings is used for the inner end of the radius rods.
