Germany, Luftwaffe. A Set Of Hauptmann Rank Flyer’s Collar Tabs Auction altered One Florin (Two Shillings)(Luftwaffe Hauptmann Kragenspiegel). Constructed of lemon yellow wool; the obverse with twisted, flat, and rolled silver aluminum bullion wires in the shape of three vertically oriented gulls with an oak leaf bushel at the base, with additional embroidery to give the leaves definition; all four sides edged by twisted silver aluminum bullion braid; with a standard buckram core; in virtually mint condition.
