Constructed of silvered bronze, on a fixed loop and swivel ring for suspension from its correct replacement ribbon, the obverse bearing a central raised Olympic column and rings, overlaid by a NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1936, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of Fr Verdienstvolle Mitarbeit bei
