In silvered metal, two piece construction with the obverse and reverse plates affixed back to back, dated "2034" (1977) on the reverse, measuring 35. 3 mm in diameter, edge wear, greening, original ribbon, very fine. Footnote: The medal was instituted in 1977, to be awarded for public service.
