Constructed of a field grey card stock binding with 52 paginated interior pages filled with stamped and handwritten entries, named to GEORG VERHONIK, who was born in Wiener Neustadt on 28 November 1883 and who served with Austro Hungarian forces from 22 December 1903 and with the end of his recorded service on 1 May 1915 indicating that he attained the rank of Oberleutnant der Reserve and received a Bravery Medal and Karl Troop
