Constructed of silver, the obverse with a German national eagle bearing a mobile swastika breaking chains with its talons, circumscribed by an inscription of Im Jahre deutscher Schicksalswende 1933 (In the Year of the German Turning Point 1933), the reverse with a raised leftward facing profile of the Fhrer circumscribed by an inscription of Unser die Zukunft (The Future is Ours), the edge maker marked Bayer Hauptmnzamt
