Punt Road Block 3 Cabernet 2021 pyrenees The Underwood Pinot Noir hasHarvested solely from Block 3 on the Napoleone Vineyard, planted in 1988 with SA125 clone. The fruit undergoes a temperature controlled whole berry ferment, that is gently pumped over twice daily. Post ferment, the wine is pressed to a combination of new and seasoned oak.
