A location attributed national flag, constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth base, bearing double sided central white discs measuring 48 cm in diameter, each overlaid by dyed black mobile swastika, one disc notably stamped with an NSDAP mark indicating that the flag was issued by the Propagandaleiter (Propaganda Leader) for Kreis Rappoltsweiler (now Ribeauvill, France), measuring 78 cm (w) x 114 cm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and
