A set of Observation Battalion Engineer Major shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard reinforced black wool, bearing four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with two silvered rank pips and gilded Observation cyphers, the reverse of each with an integrated wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 38 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
