An extremely well preserved Heer Panzer Signals EM NCOs M35 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which are gently scalloped at the front. The crown is flanked on each side by ventilation holes reinforced with black painted zink grommets. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a black rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered silver
