This quilt is composed of various leaves laid on a rather simple background. The inside of each leaf is a piece of organza with a bit of glitz. I appliqued the leaves with a blanket stitch and used a satin stitch to show the veins. Of course, it would also look lovely with hand applique' and embroidered veins.
