A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine – handpicking and whole bunch pressing directly to 500 litre French oak puncheons for a natural fermentation followed by 11 month maturation on lees
The pair started making wine in Ribera del Duero in 1998 and today they work across eleven separate vineyards and across five villages
showcasing delightful peach and nectarine flavors that persist through to a long and clean finish

Red Edge Shiraz 2019 pecorino A traditional winemaking approach wasThe fruit for this Shiraz comes mostly from our 23 year old unirrigated Jackson's Lane vineyard, South Heathcote, where the fruit is always powerful in style. The balance comes from the left over portion of the old original 1971 block vines. The wine is made with 25% whole bunch fermentation and is matured for 2 years in 20% new French oak prior to bottling, in January 2020 The wine has concentrated fruit intensity with a soft but firm tannin finish.
