Dumangin Fils Batch 026 Dutch Rye 47.4% 700ml over-95 The Grézeaux vines are theFollowing his discovery of Rye in Bourbons, Gilles decided to look for a good 100% rye spirit (no malt, no corn, nothing else). He discovers it after a trip to Prowein (Germany) by visiting the Zuidam distillery (Whisky Millstone) in the Netherlands. When Gilles acquires this whisky, its colour is still very light even after years of ageing. The Ratafia Champenois is providing this whisky a lot more than its colour
