A Wound Badge constructed of zink, the obverse depicts a Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) bearing a mobile swastika on top of crossed swords over a pebbled field with a laurel branch wreath, reverse marked 26 for B. H. Mayers Kunstprgeanstalt, Pforzheim, reverse presents a vertical pinback, measuring 36. 57 mm (w) x 43. 98 mm (h), and in good condition.
