Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse overlaid by a white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse bearing a central raised monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, the twelve oclock arm topped by an eyelet and suspension ring
