A rare document for a Memel Medal, constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, named to Klose as a Matrosengefreiter, indicating that he was born on 21 December 1915 and was resident or stationed in Schleswig, issued in Berlin on 26 October 1939, featuring a facsimile signature of Otto Meissner, measuring 210 mm (w)
