Texture is defined by soft but present tannins that rise through the midpalate to create a sueded texture

Fermentation with native and cultured yeast goes for between five and 15 days

Palate: Dark rich fruits like blackberries leading to fruit cake

Weingut Brundlmayer Sekt ‘Rose’ Brut NV mas-des-bressades crushed red berries and aLight salmon colour with reddish gold play of light, fine, persistent mousseux, delicate, fresh and very animating nose, fruit and spice with hints of fresh cherries and forest berries, a sophisticated note of citrus, caramel and yeast. Dry, fruit driven yet creamy on the palate, finely woven with elegant acidity and mineral extract, very harmonious structure.
