Drinks beautifully chilled on a hot day

It is also released with one extra year of age

This is made by drying the grapes on esparto grass mats for 1 1/2 to 3 weeks

and greenish reflections

Made from our sheep milk whey. Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink I call Apple Crumble. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie. Our liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Creme Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad
