The wine is very ample and fruit forward

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and disgorged in September 2019 with a low dosage of 7 g/L

Yangarra Ovitelli Grenache 2023 Size::1 Bottle Crausot 1er Cru contains high100% Grenache. Sourced from Block 30, planted in 1946 and adjacent to the High Sands Block. Hand picked 20th March and selectively berry sorted. 100% destemmed, crushed and tipped into ceramic eggs. The fermentation occurred in the eggs with gentle hand plunging, remaining on skins for 7 months. No pressings are used in this wine. Matured exclusively in ceramic eggs for a total of 14 months. Bottled February 2024.
