Instituted in 1945 (four piece construction, in bronze gilt with white and green enamels, measuring 63 mm (w) x 64 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, original ribbon, mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback), very fine. 1.
