Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge, Cloth Version Auction number stamped "637" over "Z"(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen, Stoffausfhrung). Constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
