An Order of Motherhood Glory, I Class, in silver, obverse shows red enamel flag with the phrase and the Roman number showing the order's class, white enamel shield with inscription CCCP, reverse stamped with number 812333 and inscription, 41. 2 mm (h) x 29. 7 mm (w), near mint condition. Footnote: The Order of Maternal Glory was instituted on 8 July 1944 by Joseph Stalin. It was a Soviet civilian award commemorating mothers with a substantial
